The Brief
Transform is a promotional brochure for the fictional Kodu Residences located in Geneva, Switzerland. The mission of Kodu Residences is to provide a new, refreshing experience for its residents – an experience like being reborn.
Why?
There was an opportunity to reinterpret what it means to start a new life in a community of people looking for change. The idea of what a condo brochure should look like is challenged by designing an unconventional piece that not only captures what the condos look like, but also their heart.

People looking to start a new chapter in their lives.
Welcome to your new life.
Each page illustrates the stages of the cycle of life through the nesting cycle of birds, reflecting the changeable nature of time and how life gives us an infinite number of chances to evolve.
The first stage is the building of the nest, which is linked to the history of the city and its foundations. The next one is creation, which refers to the laying of the eggs and details the location of Geneva and the places within it to be explored by the residents.
The third one talks about the nurturing of the eggs and links it to the suites themselves, and how they are a place for the residents to nurture their soul and become more fulfilled. Finally, we have the last stage: flourishing, or being born. This final one encourages the residents to explore the community and meet other residents, with whom they can learn and grow.
A cycle ends, and a new one begins. Kodu Residences are an opportunity for its residents to transform into a new person. As the bird’s cycle suggests, life, and its chapters, come with endless opportunities to build upon what we have already, and to flourish into a new, better version of ourselves.
